What Causes Tiredness With Nausea?

I have had nausea for the last 4 weeks but it isn't bad enough that I actually throw up it just makes me feel very tired and just want to to take a nap. In general I haven't felt good since January I seem to come down with what ever virus is going around. I had blood work done in March and my thyroid levels were good. I have had half my thyroid removed. I am 64 and have always been in good health. I just don't know why I keep getting sick lately?

Hello, Here are some things to try. Add a probiotic daily or twice a day for a few weeks. It needs to be taken on an empty stomach. Also add a multivitamin/multimineral supplement daily and take that with a meal so that it does not cause more nausea. Avoid very acidic foods like tomatoes and citrus. Also avoid caffeine, tobacco and alcohol.
I hope you are feeling better soon
