What Causes Tiredness When Suffering From Anxiety?
I am only 20 years old and I have a lot of anxiety. I ve been to the e.r and my drs office a lot recently but I keep getting told nothing is wrong with me. For the past few days I ve been feeling extremely tired for no reason and I ve been getting sharp pains on my right temple of my head . could this be caused by anxiety?
I went through your details. Anxiety is fear of something. In your case, you have a lot of worries and fears about your own health and well being. That could be called health anxiety. Anxiety can produce weird symptoms which do not have any scientific back ground. Most of the time, those symptoms become obsessive. Your tiredness and temple pain are due to stress and obsession. Understand those symptoms and manage them. You could consult a psychologist.
