Hello,

If it becomes unbearable, you can take OTC pain killers. Simply take Paracetamol 500, it can reduce your pain. I have some questions:

1. Is there any burning sensation after a meal?

2. Can you describe the chest pain, a little?

Do not consume alcohol or smoke. Drink Plenty of water. If too much pain, you can do the followings:

1. Ibuprofen
2. ondansetron for vomiting

You should also do some tests:

1. Liver Function Test
2. Kidney Function test
3. Fasting Blood Sugar
4. Complete Blood Count
5. ECG
6. Chest X-Ray

I know I have said too many tests but as I have no chance to tell again, I have said all the things that should be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
