What Causes Tiredness, Lightheadedness And Difficulty Falling Asleep After Taking Losartan?

I have been taking losartan100m g/hctz 25mgfor more than 1 week now,since then I m experiencing to feel tired,dizzy,lightheadedness and having trouble sleeping.I didn t inform my doctor regarding this matter because I want to wait or observe for a few days more if nothing change.Aside from this medication ,I m taking bystolic 5mg daily and I m diabetic taking metformin,glipizide and Januvia.Do I need to tell my doctor about this?

Yes, it would be best to tell your doctor about these symptoms. It is possible that the dizziness and lightheadedness is related to your medication if the blood pressure is dropping too low.

It is also possible that it may be related to your blood sugar value as well so these need to be assessed.
