What Causes Tiredness And Nausea In A Lung Cancer Patient?

Hi, my mother in law is 74, and is experiencing tiredness and nausea. Previous history of lung cancer 2 years ago but otherwise healthy. Spent 6 hours in the ER only to be diagnosed with vertigo. She s not convinced and other tests came back normal. Any ideas.? Thanks.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Vertigo (the sensation of person spinning or room spinning) is a common condition.
It can be associated with nausea and fatigue.

Fatigue and nausea can also be associated with other conditions as well but these should have shown up in blood tests, if the tests were comprehensive (at least -complete blood count,ESR, liver, kidney, urine tests)

If only a few tests were done, then she may need additional testing.

I hope this helps
