What Causes Tiredness And Low Heart Rate?

Hi. I am 34 yo white female. I'm always very tired. I have been keeping track of my heart rate and it has not been above 60 for days. Today I took it and it read 42. I am a new RN and I know that this is Brady however I don't want to spend a lot of money on tests if it's not relevant. Is it worth getting checked out? Will it really improve my life. I don't want to be taking off work either because I'm a new hire. Some people have told me I may need a pacemaker. I will also say that sometimes when I stand I feel like I might pass out however I never have. Just everything gets black for approximately 30 seconds. I have taken my bp and it does go down so is it just ortho static problem? Any input would be great
