Hi. I work out hour a day. Take supplements, protien, pre and post workout formulas and a testosterone booster daily. Seems I usually feel tired and have not much energy throughout the day n usually take a nap mid day. Could be the problems? Could also not be eating enough
HI Well come to HCM In my opinion the first thing is to find out the underlying cause of tiredness, here you have not mentioned your age else I would think about something else, just taking hormone supplement would not be enough, if you are above 40 years of age then better to get done some routine tests like EKG, plasma glucose test, routine blood examination, hope this helps.
