What Causes Tiredness And Dizziness Post Miscarriage?

I found out I was pregnant the day my period was due. The next evening, on a Friday I got spotting. It lasted over night so I went to the ER and they said I miscarried. The spotting stopped saturday night. Sunday and today I have felt so tired. More than tired. Like I ve taken sleeping medication. Also, feeling dizzy. When will this go away?

This dizziness and weakness is caused by bleeding and also psychological cause.
You also may have low BP.
I shall advise you to take ors for few days.
Complete rest.
Get an usg done..
Also consult your physician too.
