What Causes Tiredness And Diarrhea After Eating?

Hi ! Ever time I eat a variety of food I have the same symptoms........ When I eat pizza, any bread, crackers, eggs, salad greens, cheese, potatoes, and NUMEROUS other foods, I get the same tired, literally have to lay down and sleep for 1 or 2 hours, plus diarrhea immediately and joint aches , I m at a loss...

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of tiredness and diarrhea after eating which seems to be due to food intolerance and due to motility disorder.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to

- Drink ORS solution and plenty of fluids to maintain hydration.

- Avoid taking junk food and take soft and bland food.

- Take probiotics in diet.

You should consult gastroenterologist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order stool test , blood test or also order endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis and start treatment accordingly.
