What Causes Tiredness And Brittle Nails?

I am very tired, my nails are brittle and breaking, occasionally my feet and lower legs go numb, and I recently had a dental check up and the hygienist said my tongue was red and it is sore recently like I burned it. Could I have a vitamin deficiency?

Hi

1. Brittle nails may indicate essential vitamin deficiency like biotin , calcium pantothenate etc,. you can try trichogro hair supplements daily one after breakfast for 30 days.
2. have diet rich in proteins like egg white, sprouts etc.
3. tiredness and leg cramps may indicate electrolyte imbalance.

Check your serum electrolytes and report to your physician.
This will help you don't worry.
