What Causes Tiredness And Breathlessness?

I went to the doctors on Tuesday and they registered my temp at 35.5 and have sent me for blood work. I took my temp approx 30 minutes ago and it was down to 35.1, I have started to feel really tired and run down and at times i find it hard to catch my breath. Do you have any ideas what is wrong with me?

Well come to HCM
As such you do not have temperature so the fever being ruled out, but this could be malaise and such symptoms may be due to prodromal phase and temperature may rise next day if this is some kind of infection else this would be just nonspecific symptoms, take care.
