What Causes Tiredness And Body Aches Post Recovery From Asthma Attack?
I am a female 29 Yrs old...i recently had an asthma attack…was rushed to hospital immediately and treated in icu…but even if i m.back home now i feel tired like hell with body pains and drowsiness…i suffered the attack on 3rd march 2016..how much time does a body require to recover ?
as you mentioned you had an attack of asthama than there is a clear understanding that the oxygen supply to the tissues is lower and the metabolism is slow.
Now if you perform regular breathing exercises like 1. deep breathing 2. abdominal breathing 3. diaphragmatic breathing 4. pursed lip breathing 5. costal breathing.
there will be an abundant supply of oxygen to the body tissues which will help reduce the fatigue level and improve the metabolism of the overall body.
Also performing general body exercises will help the body understand and adapt to the oxygen consumption by cellular mechanism to the optimum.
As per my experience I provide my patient this plan of rehabilitation 1. Oxygen therapy 2. Breathing exercises 3. general Exercises
I have found 100% success rate in then and sure you will also fine one.
