Hello thanks for choosing HCM for your health related queries

You have Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Now you have tiredness, lack of energy, difficulty in sleeping, vertigo etc symptoms. OSA results in multiple awakenings in night, non refreshing sleep and this is causing drowsiness, tiredness in day time.

I would advise you to consult a sleep specialist for proper treatment. CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) helps to maintain proper airway and result in improvement. This will reduce the symptoms you are having.

Thanks, hope this helps you.

Take care
