What Causes Tiny Red Spots On Glans Penis?

Hi. Of late i have been noticing tiny red spots on my glans when i pull my foreskin behind. They appear for a few days and then disappear automatically. There is no itch, they do not hurt or cause any kind of discomfort. I showed it to a doctor. He examined my penis and prescribed Neosporin-H. Can you help me what is happening.

I have gone through your query. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. Your problem can be due to Fordyce spots. These are modified sebaceous prominences and are harmless. Taking more garlic and antioxidants will be helpful to clear up this. You can also apply Aloe Vera gel for local application.
