What Causes Tiny Itchy Lumps In Between The Buttocks?

I have little itchy bumps at the top of my buttcrack but it is also two little bumps on the side of my stomach and like about two weeks ago they were on the front of my right thigh I thought they might be bed bug bites but I sleep with someone at night & they are not biteing them what could it be?

For tiny itchy lumps in between the buttocks you can take some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for redness and itching. You can use betnovate-c or candid-b powder for local application. If still itching persists you can take steroids as per doctor advice.
