Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have tiny hole on upper lip . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like cyst, hematoma, mucocele or a benign growth of the lips . I would suggest you to consult oral pathologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically and take sample for lab test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics ( amoxicillin ) , corticosteroid cream or may remove surgically under local anesthesia . For now apply warm compresses and maintain proper hygiene .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
