My 4 year old son often gets a very itchy bum. He hasn t got threadworms but he is extremely agitated and screams out. It s so bad he can t sleep. Tonight I noticed tiny black sesame seed like specks around his inner anus.. What could be the cause??

plz get a stool r/e done. its most probably a parasitic infestation for which he requires syRUP ALBENDAZOLE.
THE STOOL R/E WILL STRENGTHEN THE EXACT DIAGNOSIS.

LORIN FOR ITCHING.
