Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The possible causes of your problem may be BPPV, acute viral Labyrinthitis, Vestibular neuronitis, or Eustachian tube block.

First of all, you have to avoid all of the cold eatables and drinkables.

Use vaporizer daily for 3 to 4 times along with saltwater gargling. Take tablet Sinarest 3 times a day for 5 days.

If still the symptoms persist, you have to consult a doctor for specific diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
