What Causes Tingling Sensations In The Arms, Fingers, Legs With Stomach Pain?

I am a 13 year old female and i had a bowelmovement a few days ago and after that i immediately had tingling sensations in my arms fingers nd legs and i am burling constantly and my stomach hurt when i stand up.ive had low potassium before and it felt oike this but my blood was checked and they said it is probably anxiety but i know it is not im very uncomfortable and i dont appreciate the doctors basically saying it is all in my head ive had a lot of these episodes and they last for weeks but they keep saying nothing is wrong and i dont know what to do

Thanks for seeking help on your issue; I have gone through your symptoms, and I would like to know if your abdominal pain is accompanied with diarrhea, because diarrhea can cause loss of vital nutrients specifically VIT B complex, and that can cause tingling sensation in your arms and fingers. moreover lack of good nutritious diet due to abdominal pain can also lead to this deficency. take Vit B complex and Vit C tablets and watch if symptoms show any improvement. also note that deficency of these vitamins also cause fatigue, and mouth sores.
