What Causes Tingling Sensation On The Head?

Tingling at top of head, moreso to left. Uncertain of balance. Tried to walk a straight line down a corridor and could not. Found myself at the left wall. Repeated with same result. Then proceeded but with uncertain balance. Tingling subsided. This occurred about 1 to 1.5 hours ago and I still feel the tingling and degree of uncertain balance.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi Thanks for posting on hcm.
I would suggest consult a doctor.
There are many reasons for the loss of balance . I would like to ask do you have any ear infection or ringing sense in the ear , there is a function in the ear foe maintaining balance if any disturbance in this vestibulocochlear function it would cause imbalance further any disturbances in a part of the brain called cerebellum could also cause this. Better consult a doctor and get examined.
Hope this is of some help to you.
Regards
