What Causes Tingling Sensation On Fingers, Legs And Feet?
I have small areas on my skin on fingers, legs, feet that feel prickly or a kind of burning sensation. There is no redness or rash. An area on top of my little toe that has the same feeling at night and prevents me sleeping that I have had for a few years. Now I notice areas on my fingers and legs at times. I am guessing it is nerve related?

Tingling sensation in the peripheral part of the body like fingers, legs and feet is mainly due to vitamins and mineral deficiency (B complex). I would recommend you to add fruits and veggies to your diet and take a course of capsules becosules plus for 15 days.
