What Causes Tingling Sensation Near My Ear And Chest?
I have, in the last week or two, noticed a light crawling sensation beginning behind my right ear and radiating down over my neck, right shoulder blade and upper right chest. This sensation is always short in duration, lasting only 10 or 15 seconds. It is similar to loose hairs dragging over my skin. I remember my Grandmother mentioning her neuralgia. Could this be a symptom?

In your case this seems to be psychosomatic symptom, not any specific pathology , once you are convinced that you have some underlying problem you will always feel it either it is there or not.
Still in doubts should concern neurophysician if at all required not necessarily at present required.
