What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Tips Of Fingers With Discomfort In Upper Arms?

I HAVE TINGLING OFF AND ON IN TIPS OF MY FINGERS./AND MY HAND/AND LITTLE DISCOMFORT IN MY UPPER ARMS..LAST NIGHT I HAD TINGLING IN FEET...BUT DO NOT FEEL THE TINGLING ANYMORE...I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH SCIACTICA NERVE IN MY LEFT LEG...HIP AREA...AND I HAVE HAD DISCOMFORT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY NECK AREA DUE TO A FALL 2YRS AGO AND EVERYTIME I GO TO THE GYM TO USE THE PULLEY MACHINE THE NEXT MORNING I HAVE DISCOMFORT AND FEEL LIKE I AM OFF BALANCE...I HAVE BEEN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM AT LEAST 3 TO 4TIMES/THINKING IF WAS A HEART ATTACK...THEY FOUND NOTHING.I ALSO HAVE HEART BURN.SOMETIMES IT FLARES UP... VERY DISCOMFORTING...I AM ON MEDICATION FOR THAT...BUT DONOT ALWAYS TAKE...I HAVE TENDENCY TO LIFT THINGS THAT ARE HEAVY...AND I DID THE OTHER DAY...WAS ALSO DOING SOME STRETCHES DUE TO ONCE I WAS IN PHSYSICAL THERAPY...BUT ALL THAT...FEELS LIKE NERVE DAMAGE SOMEWHERE...I WALK EVERY OTHER DAY...AND TRY TO EAT RIGHT..I KNOW THIS IS LONG...PLEASE HELP....

Hello,

A most common cause of tingling sensation is vitamin B deficiency and Vit D.

Try taking injections weekly once for 3 weeks of vitamin b and one vitamin D injection. 90 per cent problem is solved.

If not try to get routine blood tests to rule out any other possibilities.
