What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Hands?
Hi wondering why my hands get a weird tingle sensation when ever I touch anything metal, or even sometimes randomly. Every night it would wake me up and I d have to hang my arm of the bed to get normal feeling again. . What s going on should I be worried? I can t grip things any more like I used to and im only 34 years old Thank you Danielle

Hi, I think it can happen due to calcium and vitamin B12 deficiency. Take some calcium and vitamins supplements for one to 2 months. Hope it helps.
