What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Finger And Bruises On The Arm?

I fell a couple of weeks ago and hurt my arm. I went to the E/R and the x-ray showed no fracture. Bruising and pain was getting better, but since then my fingers and hand have been tingling. Last Sat. I accidentally injured my arm again. Bruising is back and now not only on my forearm also around my elbow.

I understand your problem.you have bruishing and tingling sensation because of injury.
Nerve injury may cause tingling sensation.Trauma may cause nerve compression also.

Xray is helpful to check any facture.
MRI report help in further diagnosis.
