General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

With such presentation and past history of diabetes I may request my patients a fasting blood sugar test to know if it is within normal range or not and if abnormal then dose adjustment will be required. I may suggest a vitamin B-12 injection 3 times weekly up to 1 month then once a month every month which will decrease tingling sensations. Do check your blood pressures every 15 days and adjust your dose.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
