What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Arms And Dizziness?

had a scary situation today. I had both arms on back side start to tingle and then they got really heavy feeling. Got lightheaded and thought I was going to pass out. Had pain on the back side of my neck and on the top of my head. I still have a slight headache and this happened at 11 this morning. Went to ER they ruled out heart and stroke. Wondering what else it might be?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due vitamin b12 deficiency. So better to check blood levels of that. In such case supplements of vitamin b12 will be helpful.
