What Causes Tingling Sensation In Penis Post Unprotected Sex?
I had unprotected sex and a week or so later I developed a tingling sensation in the tip of my penis. There was a little leakage after I urinated. The leakage went on for about 3 days and went away. I also increased my water and drank cranberry juice. The tingling lasted for a about 2 months, then A few weeks ago I urinated something out. I m not sure what it was but I have had a kidney stone before. Ever since I peed the thing out my penis has felt great. What could it be?

General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. As you had kidney stones before the tingling you felt can be due to expelling of small particles of stones. Ultrasound examination should be carried out to rule out kidney stones. It is better go for STD tests like chlamydia and gonorrhoea also. This can be done by urine test or urethral swab. If it was a risky partner you had sex with then better to go for an antibiotic therapy of 1 week with doxycycline and Azithromycin single dose. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
