Hello and welcome to HCM,
Tingling sensation in head is unlikely to be due to reduced blood supply to the head.
Tingling sensation is caused by nerve related disorders.
Irritation, compression or trauma to the nerve can cause tingling sensation.
Vitamin B 12 deficiency can also lead to tingling sensation but that is more common in extremities (hands and feet).
You need to consult a neurologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
Any abnormality in vision needs to be investigated.
Thus, you need to consult an eye specialist for clinical assessment and thus management.
Thanks and take care
