What Causes Tingling Sensation During Urination?

I had the tingling feeling when I urinated, and much urgency. I had taken Azo once before and had great results. When I took it this time, the urgency and tingling sensation stopped after the first 2 pills. I took 3 doses of two pills each yesterday. I have taken two doses of two pills each today. I have no more symptoms. I did experience nausea when I took it on an empty stomach. I know that it is not an antibiotic, so do I need to take the last two pills?

Your symptoms is due to urinary tract infection
Complete your antibiotic dose as it help in the treatment and prevent the antibiotic resistance.
Take other advises:
Tablet nitrozolium, tablet pyridium
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple
Do not delay in empty the bladder and empty it completely.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Post treatment urine test is require to confirm clearance of the infection
