What Causes Tingling Sensation Between Shoulder Blades?
I have a tingling in between my shoulder blades when I sit in certain positions or if standing for long periods of time . It generally goes away when I get moving but sometimes by the end of the day it will start when I m walking. Not painful just annoying
Tingling is a pins and needle like sensation anywhere on the body. May also be termed paresthesia
When there is tingling in one specific area of the skin, especially if there is loss of sensation in that region, this could be a sign of a problem with a specific sensory nerve
consume diet rich in proteins and green leafy vegetable
giving rest the back will help you heal the symptoms faster
do relaxation exercises and meditation for 45 minutes daily
