As per your complain the symptoms of tingling of nose, lips, throat and tongue along with trouble in moving the jaw seems to be due to nerve related problems that can be due to infection or injury to the facial nerve that supplies muscles of face and any disturbance in its function can lead to reduced or paralyzed movement and also tingling and heaviness. As it is a repeated symptom you should consult an Oral Physician or a Neurophysician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like MRI Scan can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.
