General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Neck pain after a fall commonly is because of injury, nerve compression or muscle strain.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP & get blood & required Imaging tests done.

Tingling in the extremities are indicative of developing peripheral artery disease. Get Nerve Conduction tests done. Get treated at the earliest.

You can take food rich in vitamin B6, B12, calcium, zinc, etc & folic acid. You can also take vitamin supplements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
