What Causes Tingling In The Arms And Legs With Severe Back Pain?
I have muscle pain , burning, tingling heaviness balance off in legs tingling , joint pain in arms hard time walkin sever back pain I ware glasses but at time blurry vision tired all the time I take vit. D but still tired last night while sleeping my legs went into very bad spams and went stiff scared me what could this be have had this stuff for over a year and a half

It may be due to nerve compression at cervical spine level.
For that you may require MRI neck, nerve conduction studies after spine surgeon consultation
Do regular physical therapy.
You may require multivitamin and Pregabalin after consultation.
