Hello

Your symptoms may indicate nerve involvement and it may be due to problem in cervical spine.
You may need clinical correlation and further tests.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,vitamin B12 estimation,X-ray of cervical spine(AP/Lateral view).
MRI cervical spine may be needed after assessment.Only MRI can assess nerve root compression etc.
You may need to correct posture and you may be advised for physiotherapy initially.
Further treatment plan depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
