What Causes Tingling In Head After Smoking Cannabis?

Hi,last night at exactly 8 pm my fiancé gave me my first joint to try and I was fine for a couple of minutes but then when I started to fall asleep I felt this intense tingling in my head I felt like I was gonna die,I was really freaking out and then he showered me in really cold water and then he told me it was a freak out.I woke up fine this morning until about 7 I could still feel the tingling it's not as intense but it's there until now.what can I do to help it??

sometimes cannabis intake causes this type of effects. nothing to worry , take less or preferably dont take cannabis next time.for tingling you can take paracetamol tablet 500 mg. you will feel better
