What Causes Tingling In Ankle And Stiffness In Buttock?

Female, good health, 65 yrs. Began weeks ago with knee cracking when I bend it. The condition did not hamper my lifestyle or excersizing. Past few days, tingling in ankle to foot. The symptom is the same as my foot fell asleep Pain & stiffness in emanating from left buttock, when I sit on that cheek.

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having osteoarthritis of knees and lumbar spondylitis. Both are age related problems. Treatment of both are Diacerine and glucosamine. Analgesic such as ibuprofen are helpful in pain relief. Quadriceps exercises and back exercises are helpful. Mecobalamine reduces tingling. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. You can also write to me directly on below link:
