What Causes Tingling Feeling At The Base Of Shaft?
Hi...I have a tingling feeling at the base of shaft of my penis,it feels abit sweaty,I had a look it seems dry I haven t had sex like four months and abit concern...also noticed recently there was a hard spot or mild which I haven t noticed before I was think my be in grow hair which concern it but since gone away.
