Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Dear Mam, The Tingling sensation in hands is classical symptom of Diabetic neuropathy. Slowly pain also starts. To prevent such complication strict control blood sugars is necessary.
Tab. Pregabilin + Methylcobalamin would help you in reducing such tingling sensation and pain.

Hope this guides you.
Thank you.
