What Causes Tingling And Numbness In Foot While Walking After A Chemotherapy?

I had chemotherapy for mt colon cancer. I did have neuropathy after for quite awhile. Treatment ended in 2005. Last two or three years I have tingling and numbness in one foot tingling across arch. It can move up my leg. May go completely numb if I continue walkin. I just finished acupuncture 23 session not much help. The pain Doctor thought it was spinal stenosis. Any ideas for treatment.
