I Have severe pain due to degenerative arthritis. I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis, bone spurs on my spine, rotator cuff tears, problems with my right knee(had surjury once), my feet hurt when i wake up. They tingle and I have some numbness in my right calf and right foot, I m beginning to feel pain in my right hip, I have pain from my siatica from time to time. put it this way, my pain level has increased to the point where I m waking up during the night. I have no quality of life anymore. I suffer from chronic depression, anziety, and sleep deprivation. I am being prescribed tramadol and I ve been on that for quite some time, and it is not helping my pain. what ca I do? YYYY@YYYY

Understanding your concern. As per your query you havetingling and numbness in feet of a degenerative arthritis person . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like peripheral neuropathy , diabetes , vitamin B12 deficiency , low blood sugar and iron level .
