What Causes Tingling And Burning Sensation In Knee Along With Numbness?

Hi I have a pain on lower left side of right knee, it twinges an burns when I kneel , I knelt on floor an pain shot thru leg rest all night shooting into arch of foot. Outside of knee has a numb feeling, I bent over tub an leaned against tub an something felt like it moved around front of knee an pain shot thru knee, tingling an burning are running thru leg since.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have tingling and burning sensation in knee along with numbness. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like femoral nerve dysfunction , sciatica , fibromyalgia or meralgia paresthetica . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order nerve conduction test , electromyography and MRI Doctor may recommend surgical remove of growth , physical therapy , analgesic and application of heat . For now take proper rest , apply warm compresses and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
