What Causes Tilting Of Penis?

Hi Doctor,

MY age is 31 and my weight is 60. I used to smoke earlier, one or two in a day, but I have quit 2 years back Completely. I don’t have any medical problems in the past except I had undergone Appendicitis operation 4 years back. I do not have any health issues except I have less appetite. But i would like to share one of the important problems which I have observed in my penis. The tip of my penis has slightly tilted towards left and it is not straight. The moment it erects, the tip from where the urine passes by, moves towards left and urine gets blocked @ the tip and slowly comes out after you press @ the tip of the penis. Also after masturbating, the sperm doesn’t come out of its own unless you slightly press @ the tip of the penis. It’s being already 6 yrs now that I have been seeing this issue. I do not have any sort of pain either during I urine out or masturbating. I just want to know will this problem have any affect in my sexual life and prevent my wife from being pregnant. If yes, Pls suggest solutions and proper treatment for the same. also i feel that i have lost my weight in recent past due to this minus 3 kg in 6 months. I am here attaching the photo of my penis for your better analysis on the same.
