What Causes Tightness Under The Rib Cage Along With Nausea?

Well I m having tightness under my left side under my rib for about 6+ hours I ve taken puffs of my inhaler and it s still tight I can t really move or sleep comfortably. What should I do? And I m asking feel SUPER nausea, I always found out I have a UTI and I still have pain I m taking pills for the UTI and nausea. I don t know what to do. They also told me that my ovary my have turned. I m not sure what s going on...

Left sided tightness in rib cage is a matter of concern,
In my opinion you should immediately visit your nearest doctor for recording of blood pressure and EKG to rule out heart disease first.

If it comes to be normal than I would advise you for the ultrasound abdomen and Baslline investigation like blood for CBC, ESR, serum amylase, lipase and liver function test and kidney function test, urine culture and sensitivity test to rule out possibility of kidney stone, pancreatitis as well as ovarian cyst as well as UTI.

Looking at your description it might be related to kidney stone or acute exacerbation of UTI.

Meanwhile have plenty of fluids to maintain good hydration and adequate urine output.
maintain good hygiene
you can take antacids or antiacidity medicines if you are having gas related issues.
