General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should get checked by a dermatologist because the immense itching may be related to scabies and not just simply dermatitis. You can send me a photo also. If it is scabies you need to use permethrin solution. Also, you should use antihistamines for itching.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
