What Causes Tightness Of Foreskin During Intercourse?

Hi, my husband and I have been having sex for about 2 years now, he's 20 and we always notice that his fore skin gets cuts in it, it seems to be extremely tight when he pulls it back, and we assumed he might have grown a bit in size.. he doesn't masturbate often, and we have sex maybe once a week.. this situation really puts us in a stuck situation, if you have any advice or answers, I'd greatly appreciate it! I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Tightness of foreskin is mostly due to balanitis which is due to collection of smegma in between foreskin & glans penis. Smegma is white material which is bi-product of secretion of glands, dead cells, bacteria, etc.
Normally foreskin is easily pushed backward during sexual intercourse. But when there is collection of excessive smegma then this movement of foreskin stops. Thereby foreskin may cut down or get injured during sexual intercourse.
To treat this you should wash your penis in warm water & slowly push the foreskin backward & then clean it. You could do this on daily basis. If tightness of foreskin still persists even after maintenance of proper hygiene & cleaning, then circumcision of penis is suggested.
