General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

These could indicate a hormonal imbalance which is why you may be experiencing some vaginal dryness as well and a few other symptoms. Tour age was important, but any way I would recommend a visit to your doctor to get evaluated for hormonal issues. Also understand that a confirmed hormonal imbalance is not the end of it, hormonal imbalances are usually caused due to various conditions and factors like stress, generalised infections, infections of the reproductive tract, side effect of medications, sudden weight gain or weight loss, etc. Please consult your doctor for further evaluation.

Best wishes.
