What Causes Tightness In Upper Chest While Taking Prilosec For Acid Reflux?
i take Prilosec for acid reflux, however just recently I have a tightness in my upper chest, my jaw feels like I have been chewing gum for a long time and I regurgitate swallowed food periodically. It s not a severe pain I am feeling just very uncomfortable.

It can be a sign of severe acid reflux. As of now continue prilosec and avoid spicy foods as it will precipitate the symptoms.
If symptoms persists better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for an endoscope to look for any mass or lump in the food pipe.
