I understand the concern you have about your health. I am here to alleviate your anxiety to help you.
Based on the description, it seems that you have a chest pain or discomfort. There is a chance that this is heart related and I would recommend that you get this checked up. A chest discomfort can be due to a heart attack and in this case, I recommend that you see a Doctor to get an ECG done.
The heart disease or a heart attack will cause changes in the ECG. These changes happen when there is heart muscle death. The muscle is electrical in nature and this causes the ECG changes.
If the ECG is negative, then you may have a skeletal muscle injury or acidity. In some cases, acidity also presents like a chest tightness or chest discomfort. Both an injury and acidity can be managed easily with some Icing and Over the counter medication.
I hope that this helps you. Feel free to follow up with more questions. Dr Vignan
