What Causes Tightness In Throat And Breathlessness?
i am a 53 yr old female...i am having a slight tightness of the throat and a throat wheeze on exhalation for about two years. i started walking this afternoon and there were so many exhalation wheeze...i seemed out of breath. need information on how to take this from here.

it can be early asthama or some cardiac related issue. i would suggest you to visit a pulmonologist and seek proper help.
